Chris Allan

Chris is a reformed couch potato. Two and a half years ago he was 117 kg and extremely unfit. Through self-education and a slow but steady approach, Chris is down to 83 kg and has achieved levels of fitness he had never dreamed of. Over the past two and a half years he has taken physical fitness as a hobby, devoting a great deal of time to research and experimentation in the fields of weight loss, body building and swimming, cycling and running. You get to benefit from his hours of trawling the web and reading countless books on these subjects. You can learn also from his personal experiences competing as an age grouper in various sports. Chris regularly competes in major running events in Sydney and weekend track meets and shorter distance Triathlons.

Mike Holland

Mike Holland is an avid Triathlete. Being a keen fitness enthusiast for a number of years, Mike took the challenge of learning to swim and tried his first Triathlon. He was hooked. Mike competes regularly in Triathlons far and wide, anything from a Sprint like the BRW Triathlon series to an Ironman at Port Macquarie NSW. He trains hard and researches harder. He finds detailed research into physiology and endurance training fun. You might consider him wired. But we don't mind. His meticulously researched articles and training plans makes sense and as he is super fit and places well in all his events we know they work. He is also the proud father of three young children and understands how hard it can be to fit all that training in. If you have any feed back or would like to contact Mike you can reach him at ironfit_training@yahoo.com.au.
