1. How long will it take to process my order? Allow up to six hours for processing your order and 2 - 4 business days for shipping all small to medium packages Australia wide. Some items may be out of stock and take a few extra days to ship. You will be informed by email if this is the case.
2. What if I want to pick up my order? We are located in Katoomba in the Blue Mountains,. If you would like to pick up your order, please email us at sales@swimriderun.com.au to arrange a pick up time.
3. Who writes all the training and nutritional advice on your site? Swim Ride Run draws on many sources to provide a wide variety of information for our users. Some are written by Fitness Professionals and Qualified Nutritionists, and some are by enthusiasts and Elite Age group athletes. We provide basic information and articles by several authors, however all advice is the personal opinion of each of the individual authors and Swim Ride Run accepts no liability for any outcomes resulting from following the advice of any article on this site.
4. Why don't you have a retail shop? Swim Ride Run is here to give you the best price. We are targeting the sporting enthusiast who knows what they are looking for and doesn't have time to travel to several different stores to get their gear. By operating "online only" we can focus on providing our customers with the best in price, choice and quality.
5. Why don't you stock...? We are always looking for new and exciting products to stock. If there is something you think really belongs in our store please don't hesitate to leave us a suggestion.
6. The item I bought doesn't fit. Can I change it? We value you as a customer. If the item you have received is not the right size, please return it in the same condition in which you received it and we will happily send you a different size. We only charge once for shipping.
7. The Item I bought is faulty. Can I have a refund? If the item you have purchased is genuinely faulty then you are entitled to a replacement at no extra cost. Please return the item to us and we will send you a replacement or arrange a repair with the manufacture. We only charge once for shipping.
