Swim Ride Run Return Policy
At Swim Ride Run we take customer satisfaction seriously and we know that sometimes things don't arrive in one piece or that sometimes we make the wrong selections.
Damaged ItemsAny item shipped by Swim Ride Run that arrives either broken, misshapen or damaged is returnable for a full refund or replacement. The Customer is responsible for choosing a replacement item and Swim Ride Run will pay the cost of the shipping of the replacement item.
Incorrect ChoicesIf a customer has selected the incorrect item, they are entitled to exchange that item on the condition that:
- The item(s) are returned unmarked and undamaged
- The item(s) are in their original packaging
- Swim Ride Run is contacted within 6 working days of the order being received
- The item(s) are returned to Swim Ride Run within 10 working days at the expense of the customer notifying Swim Ride Run of the intended return
Any Items return but not in their original packaging may incur a 15% re-stocking surcharge. If the Product has been opened, all original packaging and labels must be returned with the item.
Wrong Item ReceivedIf the incorrect item is shipped, the customer must contact Swim Ride Run within 6 working days to arrange the return shipping of the item at the expense of Swim Ride Run. Once the item is received by Swim Ride Run in original condition, the correct item will be shipped at the expense of Swim Ride Run.
Defective ItemsAny item(s), confirmed through consultation with Swim Ride Run staff to be defective, can be returned to Swim Ride Run and the shipping costs will be paid by Swim Ride Run. With the exception of International orders, please see below for details pertaining to international orders.
International OrdersAny orders outside Australia or New Zealand will need to be returned at the cost of the Customer. Due to the high cost of international shipping, Swim Ride Run cannot pay the cost of a returned item, regardless of the reason.
Reimbursement All refunds for returned items will be refunded to the customer's credit card with 48 hours of the item being returned, minus the re-stocking or shipping surcharges. Alternatively, a store credit or gift voucher can be chosen by the customer.
