Cycling
 |
Cycling is a great low impact sport and, with modern bikes having up to 27 gears, you can work as hard or as easy as you like. In some cases it maybe easier to ride up a hill than walk! It's a great pastime to enjoy with family and friends and a great way to meet new people who share an interest in a healthy lifestyle that's fun and exciting. If you are a hard core weekend racer or someone looking for a low impact weight loss program that gets you out and about then try one of our training plans below.

Running

Our ancestors couldn't have survived without it, the human body is perfect for it and kids do it for fun without even thinking. So why should they have all the fun? Running is something anyone can enjoy though if you are just starting out or getting back into a healthy exercise regime, it's best to take it easy at first. Why not try one of our beginner plans? Of course if you are a regular runner looking for something to freshen up your training or thinking of competing in your first marathon, you can check out some of our more advanced plans.
Weight Training
Resistance training is something most people have tried at least once. Whether they were inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger or have been using it to complement more traditional sports, the benefits are real. There are "sport specific" weight plans for swimming, cycling and running and even some for bulking up!
Triathlon
Triathlon is a demanding sport but the satisfaction of completing even a short Triathlon is truly memorable. It takes a certain type of dedication to commit to multiple training sessions a day and juggle training in three demanding sports. But don't for a second think it's beyond you! Our beginner's plan is suitable for even the newest of newbie's with only a basic ability to swim needed. The feeling you get crossing the line of your first triathlon might just get you hooked. If you have the bug and are looking for bigger challenges, we have more advanced plans too. |
Swimming
| Swimming is one of the best all round exercises you can do, working out your upper, lower and core muscle areas. Once you get the basics right, it can be done at almost any pace comfortably. With our planet covered by nearly two thirds of water it's a great skill to have. With the buoyancy of water your joints can take a rest and you can still get a great workout. |
